Project Architect

Ray brings more than 40 years of architectural experience to BASIS, with a career spanning retail, healthcare, skilled nursing, assisted living, hospitality, and multifamily housing. A licensed architect in the State of Arizona, he has spent the past 15 years focused primarily on multifamily projects, building a deep understanding of the unique challenges involved in housing design and development.

Drawing on decades of diverse project experience, Ray brings a thoughtful and practical approach to design, documentation, and project delivery. He especially values guiding projects through the development process and working closely with clients and project teams to navigate challenges and bring successful projects to completion.
