Lakeridge West is located in the west hills of Reno facing a golf course. It was constructed in the 1970s but was allowed to deteriorate greatly and at one point was taken back by a lender due to lack of effective management. But the property always had great bones with extensive articulation and the strong vertical chimneys. Basis designed an exterior rehabilitation that strengthened the positive attributes of the exterior design by creating a more powerful contrast between the strong horizontals and verticals. The community center was completely redesigned and the market rate property now shows as new. The units can’t be rented out more quickly.
