To update the look and feel of this property, the community building and pool area were completely remodeled. Most of the existing structure and hardscape were demolished so the new layout could take full advantage of the site. The reception area and lease office were enlarged, the gym was given a new location to enhance its natural day-lighting, and strategic exterior improvements to the pool area put the finishing touches on this project.
