Spread across Western Washington, these properties were all in different states of distress. Typical project enhancements were made such as exterior work, hardscape changes and interior improvements. Considering the limited budgets, all the immediate need items and property specific issues to be fixed, the properties were improved dramatically in function and appeal. Basis worked closely with Washington RD officials and the developer on this project.
