The complex, high exposure site at Market Heights had many problems inherent to the original construction of the building that needed attention. To begin, the property suffered from poor waterproofing. The challenge was to properly document the extensive list of issues and implement a plan to restore integrity to the property. Basis was able to eradicate the problems, and the project concluded successfully with a full re-siding and envelope restoration.
