At Laguna Clara, the client wanted the community areas to feel completely new, and the task was to re-imagine what the spaces could be. For a total of 4000 square feet of common areas inside and out, the plan started with better space-planning. New offices, a new gym, a new look, along with new exterior improvements at the entrance and pool area updated the function and appeal of the property.
