With a tight budget and fully occupied property, this rural Senior Housing project received an entirely new community building and a limited rehabilitation. The rehab consisted of resolving major systemic issues at the property such as plumbing with an update of the interiors and exteriors. The new community building compliments the existing surroundings, and has drawn residents from around the area to host meetings and events.
